1. Eligibility
You may return products if:
The item is damaged or defective on arrival
The wrong item was delivered
2. Non-Returnable Items
- Used or installed spare parts
- Items not in resalable condition
- Custom orders or items ordered specifically for your request
- Repair services already performed
3. Process
To initiate a return, email us at campfridgerepair@gmail.com within 7 days of receiving your order. Include:
Order number
Reason for return
Photos if the item is damaged/defective
If approved, you’ll receive return instructions.
4. Refunds
Once we receive and inspect the item:
Approved refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 7–10 business days
Rejected returns (damaged or incomplete items) will not be refunded
5. Exchanges
We may offer exchanges for defective or incorrect items, subject to stock availability.
6. Repairs
No refunds are offered on repair services already completed unless the fault was due to our workmanship.
