These Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) govern your use of our website and the purchase of products and services from Camp Fridge Repair (“we”, “us”, “our”). By accessing our website, creating an account, or placing an order, you agree to these Terms.
1. Products and Services
We sell spare parts and provide repair services for portable fridges and freezers. All product images are for illustrative purposes. Availability and prices are subject to change without notice.
2. Store Orders and Payment
- Orders for products can be placed through our website.
- Full payment is required before items are shipped.
- We accept secure payments for store items via EFT.
- Orders may be cancelled before shipment.
3. Shipping and Delivery
- We ship store items that qualify for shipping nationwide within South Africa. Appliances are not eligible for shipping and may be collected from our premises.
- Delivery times are estimates only and may vary based on location and availability.
- You will receive tracking information once your order is dispatched.
- We are not liable for delays caused by third-party couriers.

5. Repair Services
- We do not offer a call-out repair service. You are responsible for shipping or bringing the item to our repair center (unless otherwise arranged).
- We will inspect your item and automatically proceed with repairs if the total cost is less than R2,000 (including VAT).
- If repairs are expected to exceed R2,000 (including VAT), we will first send you a quotation and await your approval before continuing. Should you choose to decline the quotation, only the diagnostic service fee will be charged.
- We accept secure payments for services rendered via EFT, cash or credit card.
- We provide warranty repair services for camp fridges from SnoMaster, Dometic, National Luna, and Front Runner.
6. Customer Accounts
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials.
You must notify us immediately of any unauthorized access.
7. Limitation of Liability
We are not liable for any indirect or consequential loss arising from use of our website, products, or services. Our total liability is limited to the amount paid by you for the item or service.
8. Intellectual Property
All content on our website is the property of Camp Fridge Repair and may not be copied, reproduced, or distributed without our written consent.
9. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of South Africa. Any disputes shall be handled in South African courts.
